Is my hidden camera too obvious?

I bought a hidden camera in a snoopy alarm clock. I want to make sure the baby sitter is taking good care of my child. However here is the picture of the camera I bought. Just go to www.securespycam.com and in the search area type in Snoopy or click on nanny camera. It looks like a decent camera, but the pinhole is in the white area just above the ear and slightly to the right. Only thing that is noticeable is the dot from far away. It just looks like a black dot unless you walk up so close to it and shine a light directly on the dot you can see the red. It still does not look like a hidden camera could be in it. I am worried though the dot may cause suscpicion. If anyone saw the clock and noticed a dot around that area would you think anything of it?I know its hard without a better description. Maybe I am too paranoid because I know it is there and where it is, that anyone else who looks at it will know what it is too. Thanks for the reply.
