Female tattoo artist in Philadelphia metro (or nearby)?

I’ve heard of a lot of good shops in the area but not sure about specific female artists. Anyone have suggestions? I’m heading to NYC this month as well, so anyone there is fair game. It’s a pretty simple tattoo, but I’d like someone really good obviously. Thanks!
